New seminars to offer businesses advice
20/03/2007
Bill Sweeney, director of Financial Planning Training, will host seminars across the country this year which aim to offer advice on business development.
Mainly focusing his attention on financial advisers, he will take tutorials that he hopes will teach businesses how to react to clients' needs and how to hone their communication skills, City Wire reports.
The eight half-day sessions have been developed in conjunction with the Personal Finance Society (PFS) and will raise money for the Changing Face organisation.
All of the £75 fee paid by business delegates at the meetings will be given to the reconstructive surgery charity.
"My aim is to raise £20,000 for the charity which is the cost of a full facial procedure," said Mr Sweeney.
He added that he is hopeful many PFS members who were unable attend a similar conference in Birmingham last year can now make an appearance, supporting Changing Face and benefiting their businesses at the same time.
