New international alliance for business and finance students

Economic students in Delhi can now receive a direct degree from the University of London via the institution's external programme, Delhi Newsline reports.
Those people studying courses in economics, finance and management at the Indian School of Business and Finance (ISBF), now have the opportunity to learn rather than just get taught, according to Sir Graeme Davies, vice-chancellor of the English capital's university.
The study programmes include general corporate information, including how companies establish themselves, which can involve them obtaining business loans.
Overall, the link-up between Delhi and the London means that future Asian businessmen and economists will be able to study in their home country, yet still gain a similar education to that which they would receive in the UK.
"A very high number of students want to go to UK to pursue graduation," said JS Chaddha, director at ISBF.
"But the expenses involved are very high which many students are not able to afford. ISBF offers the degree from the University of London in India itself at an affordable cost."
